Do I need to be registered with you?

No, this is not necessary, we are always happy to establish contacts with new clients.

How long does a translation take?

This is dependent on nature of the text and the language combination. Highly specialised documents may take a little longer but this would be covered in our quotation. A good average is 2,500 words per day from the day we accept the commission.

How do you guarantee a high-quality service?

In order to maintain our high standards, all our translations are carried out by experienced, professionally qualified translators working into their native language. Our translators are carefully selected to suit your requirements according to their particular fields of specialisation. The completed translation will then be proofread before the final version is returned to you.

How do we supply the text?

The days of posting paper copies of your documents are over and it is usual to send the text by email. We shall then return the translated document by email or by fax if preferred.

What information do you need from us?

We would need a copy of the document to be translated, preferably by email, with details of the target language or languages, required deadline and your target audience so that we are able to tailor the tone of the target language accordingly.

How much does the service cost?

We charge per word and this varies depending on the languages involved, the technical level, the required turnaround time and the length of the document. Discounts may be offered for particularly long documents and surcharges are generally applied for documents of an urgent nature. Payment is accepted in Euros or GBP but other currencies are an option on request.
